Yellow and Pink FAQ!  

1. How does my order get shipped?  Each barrette order (pair) will be packaged individually - clipped and wrapped.  Each barrette gift set will be packaged together.  The entire order will be wrapped in Yellow and Pink tissue paper, ready to be opened like a gift!   Your order will be shipped out USPS First Class Mail the following business day.

2. What if my order is a gift?  If your order is shipped to a different name and address than your billing information, we will not include your invoice.  However, you will still get an email confirmation of your order.   The order is wrapped in Yellow and Pink tissue paper, and will include your gift message (if applicable).

3. What is your return/exchange policy?   We will accept damaged items for return or exchange.  Please allow 14 days to receive the credit (minus the shipping fee) or to receive any exchanged items.   Be sure to include your contact information and order number (this can be found on your email confirmation or mailed invoice).   Unfortunately, custom orders are final.

4. Custom orders?!?   Yes, we do custom orders.   Send an email to annie@yellowandpink.com with your inquiry.   We'll post pictures soon of some recent custom orders.

5. How do I get my little cuties onto the website?   Send pictures to photos@yellowandpink.com.   You can include drawings, letters, stories ... we love to read our mail!   Please read our blog for all the details - http://www.yellowandpink.com/blog/category/contests/.

 

6.  We want to carry your products in our store.   Awesome!   Just send an email to customerservice@yellowandpink.com.   We'll set up an account so you can easily place your orders online!
